I got 9 out of 10. It seemed like a very easy quiz, until I came to question 10. I had no idea that you were supposed to avoid anything on Rosh Chodesh, although I have heard that some women don't do laundry on Rosh Chodesh, but that wasn't one of the choices. Reply

I often celebrate Rosh Chodesh with other Jewish women. We often go for a soak together, and bless the moon, but we do not have a feast. Thus I got the Kiddush question wrong, and I did not know that Hallel is sung on Rosh Chodesh. Is it sung by men in a synagogue? Reply

Wow, this was a little difficult. Sorry, but I must have not read clearly the second question for I had to skip and go on to the questions. I had to reread about HOW Rosh Chodesh was declared, I just took a guess...kissed my Star of David and took a GUESS, and I got it correct. The was a slap-a-rue. Quiz was a good one. Reply
