In front of the iconic three-gabled facade of Chabad-Lubavitch Headquarters at 770 Eastern Parkway in Brooklyn, N.Y., thousands of Chabad-Lubavitch rabbis from around the world posed together for their annual “class photo” on Sunday morning.

The emissaries are part of a global network of more than 6,500 Chabad couples serving Jewish communities in every U.S. state and more than 100 countries, sent by the Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem M. Schneerson, of righteous memory. They are in New York for the 43rd International Conference of Chabad-Lubavitch Emissaries (Kinus Hashluchim).

The conference, which runs from Nov. 4 through Nov. 9, features workshops, inspirational talks, Torah study, and prayers. The pinnacle of the Kinus Friday’s visit to the Ohel, the resting place of the Rebbe, where thousands of the Rebbe’s emissaries rededicate themselves to his mission. Another conference highlight is a gala banquet on Sunday afternoon, which thousands will attend in person and countless more around the world will watch live at Chabad.org/Kinus.
